For Shopify and WooCommerce stores spending $15k+ a month on ads
Server-side tracking on your own domain, kept accurate by a specialist, with a weekly report that compares the orders in your store to what Meta, Google and TikTok actually received.
No sales calls. Setup done for you within 48 hours. Month to month.
Last week your store recorded 312 orders. Meta received 309, Google Ads 310, TikTok 308. Three purchases arrived late and were resent. Nothing needs your attention.
Example report. Numbers are illustrative.
Why this keeps happening
A purchase that fires only in the browser never reaches Meta for a growing share of visitors. The order exists in Shopify; the ad platform never hears about it, so it stops optimizing toward that kind of buyer.
A new checkout, a new app, a theme edit. Tracking breaks and nothing tells you. You find out weeks later when ROAS “mysteriously” drops and the agency blames creative.
Meta says 171 purchases; your store shows 142 with a Meta click. Without an independent count you are deciding budgets on the platform's claim, not on sales.
How it works
Enter your store URL. You get a report showing which events fire, which are duplicated, and what is missing, with a short video from me explaining what it means for your ads.
You grant access to the store and ad accounts. I set up server-side tracking on your own domain, connect every platform, and verify each event against real orders before I call it live.
You get the one-paragraph report. If something breaks, I am alerted before you are, and I fix it as part of the plan. Once a month you get a 5-minute video walkthrough of your numbers.
One plan
Priced for stores where one week of missed purchases costs more than the plan. If you spend under $5k a month on ads, this is not the right fit yet.
Managed
Setup included. No contract.
You will see your own gaps before you pay anything.
Who does the work
I set up conversion tracking for ecommerce stores and teach it on YouTube. Every client I have worked with found me through those videos, which means you can see exactly how I work before you hire me. I do the setup and the weekly checks myself. If the work grows, I hire, but your account does not get handed to a junior.
No. You grant access to Shopify (or WordPress), your DNS, and your ad accounts. I do the rest. For WooCommerce stores with a custom checkout I may ask your developer one question by email.
One lightweight script is added. Tracking moves off the browser and onto a server, so most stores end up with fewer third-party scripts than before, not more.
Your tracking server is transferred to your own account, with everything still running. You are never left with broken tracking because you stopped paying.
Apps install the same tags for every store and nobody looks at your numbers afterwards. The part you are paying for here is the weekly comparison against your real orders and a person who fixes what breaks.
Yes. Most clients have one. The weekly report goes to both of you, and the agency usually likes it, because it ends arguments about whose numbers are right.
Yes. You get the report and a short video whether or not you sign up. About a third of stores find out their tracking is fine and that is a good outcome too.
